A choice of authentic meals originating from the times of the Wasa kings. Sumptuous dishes served in Renaissance style. Each table is set to please the eye as well as the palate, plates and cutlery are actual replicas of archaeological finds from the castle area. The matron of the house’ will guide you through your meal with historical information about etiquette and customs of the times, and the occasional anecdote about persons who once resided in the castle.
